BRIO is a wooden toy company founded in Sweden. Founder Ivar Bengtsson was a basket maker who started to make toys in Osby, Scania, in southern Sweden. In 1908 Ivar's three sons took over and founded BRIO, which is an acronym for Bröderna ("brothers") Ivarsson [at] Osby. Today the toys are still made of wood and designed in Osby, the village where it all began. LekoseumIn 1984 the company started the BRIO Lekoseum, a toy museum featuring the company's products and those of other companies (such as Barbie dolls and Märklin model railways), at the headquarters in Osby. Q. I have an HP Pavillion Brio, its a nice computer. Windows XP...But i am having a bad problem with it freezing every 2 seconds for minutes at a time and it makes a terrible noise as well if the speakers are on. I have tried every way in the world to fix it but nothing works. can someone please help me. Thanks Asked by angelgirl3574018 - Sat Dec 2 02:33:38 2006 - - 10 Answers - 0 Comments A. jackie is half right on the life span of the hard drive, but in my experiance a hard drive making a clicking noise (starting and stopping automaticaly) almost constantly instead of running smooothly can mean it is failing, but in my case i had two drive start making the clicking noise, i thought it was the drives at fault, it turned out to be the fault of my PSU the 480W PSU i had in my system was not powerful enough or was faulty and as such was unable to cope with the full load i placed upon it. after installing a 650W PSU in my system those same drives that i thought were failing are working better than ever. if you tried everything to fix it the problem would be solved by now. there are several reasons why your system would freeze… [cont.] Answered by thebestnamesarealreadytaken0909 - Sat Dec 2 03:07:46 2006 From Yahoo Answer Search: "BRIO" |
