My sister is 14 and she loves to learn about modeling so she has read that models have to be from 15-25 or something like that. While watching America's Next Top Model one of the girls said she droped out of collage to become a model. Do you have to go to collage or finish school to become a model? Here's a home-made version that worked well for me: For the base: Make the "yard" with a piece of plywood covered with a sheet of artificial grass (available at hobby shops). Pick up a few model trees if you like. For a really professional look, buy the model windows and doors from a hobby or art store. For the house, you'll need a set of plans to draw the exterior walls and roof pieces on a piece of heavy poster board. If none are on-line, a local surveyor might be able to give you a copy of a house plan to work with. A scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot should work nicely. Cut out the windows/doors first, then the walls with an X-acto knife.
